Colour Film – Open Road (ft Caroline Brooks)

Ontario's Colour Film inspires through simplicity..

Matthew de Zoete, known as Colour Film in music, has performed with the likes of Serena Ryder, Whitehorse and countless festivals, but found the inspiration for his latest single "Open Road," on a family bicycle ride. The track features Caroline Brooks of Good Lovelies providing a folk contrast to de Zoete's vocals. The simplicity and purity of the moment that inspired this song is felt by de Zoete's sincere delivery, which is further felt in the video that takes place on that exact "Open Road." The video was shot by director Nathan Fleet with Super 8 film cartridges that helped capture the purest visual for Colour Film's latest single.

Stream the track below and get inspired to go out and find your own open road this summer.
