Cautious Clay – REASONS

No wonder he has John Mayer's co-sign..

Brooklyn-based R&B/soul singer Cautious Clay delivered some of his best melodic tunes this year with his album, Blood Type and EP, Resonance, bringing similar sing-a-long melodies as John Mayer introduced to the world at the start of his career. With big hits such as "Cold War" and "Call Me," Cautious Clay faces the big challenge many artists before him have faced, which is to stay consistent. Though that's nothing the Brooklyn singer is worried about. The smooth Brooklyn crooner returns just before the year ends with his latest song "REASONS." Co-written by Tobias Jesse Jr. and co-produced by Kanye West-affiliate Hudson Mohawke, Cautious Clay experiments with an edgy electronic sound in comparison to his earlier soft-melodic soul releases.
