Haley Blais brings back the innocence we all eventually lost..
Haley Blais is Vancouver's latest folk pop breakout artist whose lovable demeanor and overall fun aura has made her an internet favourite. She is BC's Cat Clyde or Julia Stone bringing us music that warms the psyche making you reminisce, but encourages you to live in the moment. Blais released her latest EP back in April titled, Let Yourself Go, which alone can be a special piece of advice and description of her music. With her biggest release "Small Foreign Faction" receiving more than 680,000 streams and spearheading her EP, the visuals to her closing track "Seventeen" came to life after a long summer of touring. The free-spirited and breathe of simplicity felt in Blais' music is made evident in the glimpse of her touring life in "Seventeen."
If you happen to have missed her at SKOOKUM Music Festival last weekend, well you have another opportunity via Rifflandia in Victoria this weekend when she performs Friday night. Grab tickets here.
