Teyana turns her R&B cut into a soulful hip-hop throwback..

Harlem singer/dancer Teyana Taylor released her latest album K.T.S.E. back in June of 2018 taking part in the onslaught of Kanye-produced albums dropping in the matter of weeks. The 'Fade' star delivered a full 8-track R&B album with Kanye West as the only feature bringing in many positive reviews that with Pusha T's release was credited as one of the best releases that Kanye had credit in creating. Months later her track "Gonna Love Me" gets a remix with appearances from Ghostface Killah, Method Man and Raekwon who add their gritty old school rhymes to the already soulful R&B track. The Wu-Tang affair brings forward the same old R&B/hip-hop blend heard on Method Man's 1994 track "All I Need" or Ghostface Killah's 2014 cut "Love Don't Live Here No More." The remix is blessed with visuals feeding off the already '90s sound of the track bringing back oversized jackets and Timberlands. Stream the remix or watch the visuals below for "Gonna Love You" and if you haven't listened to K.T.S.E., then listen to the full album here.
